Dragon Well "Supreme"
|
|
|
|
| Dragon’s well is the highest possible quality, sometimes entitled “Emperor’s” tea or “In honour of the emperor Qian Long”. Class 1 of 13 quality classes itself is an indication that this is an exclusive group of select buds and first leaves of the tea plant. This masterly tea, which the Chinese from the Western lake region consider the best of all teas, is regarded as a valuable gift for special occasions. Dragon’s well tea found renown during the reign of the Qing dynasty, and its most famous admirer was the emperor Qian Long. Later the communist government requisitioned the majority of this tea for itself, and Permission for export of Ji Pin Long Jing tea has existed for only a few years. Dragon’s well tea has always been offered to state visits, from the English queen to Richard Nixon, who wanted to take away one thousand kilograms of the tea but received only two. “Supreme” class is very refined, an ideal preparation is the Gong Fu method, in which several tea leaves are used (at least 15 g for 150ml), the tea is brewed for a short time and several infusions are prepared. The aroma and teast of Ji Pin Long Jing tea is sweet, the classic taste of Dragon’s well emerges subtly and develops with the individual infusions. The tea contains an above average quantity of active substances with beneficial medicinal properties. |

| Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. Use approx. 2g of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for each 150ml of infusion or to taste. Brew the necessary quantity of tea in hot water at a temperature of 75-85°C for a period of 1 minute for the first and second infusions. With further infusions progressively extend the brewing time. |

| "Ji Pin Long Jing" ma trochu sklamal, mozno boli moje ocakavania prilis vysoke.
