An exceptionally fresh Chinese Oolong with a very intensive aroma and taste. Legend has it that the emperor had tea bushes planted in the royal gardens, and entrusted the gardener to look after them. However, the plants did not thrive, since the garden was too sunny, and so the bushes, used to the shade of high mountain clouds, grew too quickly and dried out. And so the gardener, who had staked his life to the emperor on the success of the plants, prayed to Tchu, the Goddess of the earth and fertility, for help. The Goddess came down from heaven and brought the gardener tea bushes a little bigger than the emperor’s bushes, which provided them with natural shade. The tea began to thrive, and the Iron Goddess of Fertility was founded through a combination of the leaves of both plants. This is a tea full of active substances, strengthening and refreshing, which has a wide spectrum of floral aromas and honey sub-tones. The infusion, of which the tea provides several, has a fresh, yellowish-green colour. The production procedures for this tea are fully in accordance with the strict norms of USDA/NOP-Final Rule for the production of organic foodstuffs.

Brewing guide
Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. Use approx. 3g of tea leaves (2 teaspoons) for each 150ml of infusion or to taste. Brew the necessary quantity of tea in hot water at a temperature of 85-90°C for a period of 3-5 minutes for the first and second infusions. With further infusions progressively extend the brewing time. For a full flavour it is necessary for the leaves to unfurl entirely.

Velmi příjemná bohyně, vystačí na poměrně dost nálevů. Docela příjemně mě překvapil, bohužel jeho vůně je silnější než chuť
