Spring Green River Snail BIO

| One of the best known Chinese teas, which originated beyond the gates of the Ling Yuan temple, and whose name can be translated as “spring green river snail”, it is known for its distinctive fruity aroma. A sensitive nose is capable of distinguishing the scents of peach, plums, loquat and orange. It is unusual for the early harvest of this tea, which begins on the day of the spring equinox. At this time relatively small leaves are gathered, and a larger number must be harvested for the required quantity of tea. Young buds and the first leaf are gathered and subsequently thermally treated and coiled into spirals. The production procedures for this tea are fully in accordance with the strict norms of USDA/NOP-Final Rule for the production of organic foodstuffs. |

| Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. Use approx. 2g of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for each 150ml of infusion or to taste. Brew the necessary quantity of tea in hot water at a temperature of 75-85°C for a period of 1 minute for the first and second infusions. With further infusions progressively extend the brewing time. |

| Dle mého názoru výborný čaj střední až vyšší kvality očekávané chuti a výrazné velmi příjemné vůně. Díky nízké ceně je možné jej popíjet denně, v této cenové hladině dává více než jsem čekal. |
