Oolong Superior
| Chinese upper medium class Oolong, in terms of quality and price comparable to tea of Teh Kuan Yin class "A". The leaves of this tea are a little smaller and lighter coloured, the infusion is less aromatic, nevertheless it maintains the honeyed, floral aroma of quality Oolong. The tea nuggets are very pure, but more diverse in comparison with other Oolongs, which is manifested also in its taste, which some consider more complex, others more interesting. The tea enables several infusions with regard to its brewing method. |

| Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. Use approx. 3g of tea leaves (2 teaspoons) for each 150ml of infusion or to taste. Brew the necessary quantity of tea in hot water at a temperature of 85-90°C for a period of 3-5 minutes for the first and second infusions. With further infusions progressively extend the brewing time. For a full flavour it is necessary for the leaves to unfurl entirely. |

| Docela dost fermentovaný, ale pokud víte do čeho jdete, tak nemůžete udělat chybu. |
