Black Keemun Select

|
| This more affordable representative of Keemun tea is an entirely standard taste of good black tea. The typical taste and aroma of Keemun tea is not dominant here, nevertheless it is present, and as such is suitable for those for whom classic Keemun is overly aromatic. The small, slender, metallic-dark leaves produce a distinctive, dark reddish-brown infusion and a pleasant, fruity sweet aroma and taste. This Keemun does not turn bitter even during long infusion and is ideal for everyday drinking. It can be easily drunk with milk and is excellent as a black breakfast tea, popular particularly in England, which is one of the main clients for this variety. |

| Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. Use approx. 2g of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for each 150ml of infusion or to taste. Brew the necessary quantity of tea in hot water at a temperature of 100°C (immediately after boiling) for a period of 1 minute for the first and second infusions. If you prefer tea with milk, add 10-15ml of fresh milk and stir. |
