China
This tea offers a harmonious combination of fruit, floral and smoky aroma and taste, which is typical for the Keemun black tea, one of the ten best known Chinese teas. The amber-coloured infusion keeps its subtlety over various quantities of tea used, the uniformity of the tea leaves together with the distinctive, typical taste is evidence of the high quality of the tea. It is a surprising phenomenon that Keemun is designated rather for export and has not gained such popularity in China itself. On the contrary it has won several awards in various locations worldwide.

Brewing guide
Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. Use approx. 2g of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for each 150ml of infusion or to taste. Brew the necessary quantity of tea in hot water at a temperature of 100°C (immediately after boiling) for a period of 1 minute for the first and second infusions. If you prefer tea with milk, add 10-15ml of fresh milk and stir.

Dobrý černý čaj - většinou si ho dávám k snídani, čímž si můžu být jistý, že dopoledne neusnu. :)
