Worker’s Tie Guan Yin

| An exceptionally inexpensive representative of Chinese Oolong teas. Thanks to its price, this Teh Kuan Yin is suitable not only for tasting for the uninitiated in this price category, but also for example on journeys during which tea is prepared in improvised conditions, whilst we do not wish to take the risk that we may not find quality tea in the given locality. This is an ideal tea for everyday drinking, an excellent morning tea, which has a fresh aroma and refreshing infusion of a golden-green colour and a honey-sweet aroma and taste. |

| Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. Use approx. 3g of tea leaves (2 teaspoons) for each 150ml of infusion or to taste. Brew the necessary quantity of tea in hot water at a temperature of 85-90°C for a period of 3-5 minutes for the first and second infusions. With further infusions progressively extend the brewing time. For a full flavour it is necessary for the leaves to unfurl entirely. |

| S tímto čajem jsem byl spokojen.Na běžné pití se osvědčil dokonale.Vyzdržel dva nálevy a byl skoro bez rušivých tónů a hořkosti.Dá se dobře použít i za studena.
